Water does not come from the tap. Water is everybody's business
Journey of Water is a national campaign to raise public understanding of water as an invaluable natural resource which is severely constrained. The campaign focuses on the conservation of rivers from their sources through to our taps. It calls on communities, government agencies and non-state actors to collectively participate in conserving water sources for enhanced access, quality and quantity.
Water scarcity in Kenya is a growing challenge. With the current per capita water supply set to drop from 647 cubic metres per annum to 235 cubic meters by 2025 due to climate change and population growth the challenge is abound to deepen further.
WHAT IS WWF- KENYA DOING?
We call on every Kenyan to join the Journey of Water Campaign by donating to the the initiative or adopting and conserving a river around their neighbourhood
