JOIN US ON SATURDAY MARCH 28, 2020, 8:30 PM EARTH HOUR
Our connection to Earth and nature is undeniable: our planet's gain is everyone’s gain.
Healthy nature makes our life better by providing us good food, clean air, and fresh water - but it is all under the threat of climate change. Our #Connect2Earth campaign aims to raise awareness on the important role of nature in our lives and the benefits nature provides, from good food, clean air, fresh water, to so much more.

This Earth Hour, join millions around the world to turn off the lights and speak up why nature matters.

THE WELL-BEING AND HEALTH OF OUR SUPPORTERS AND STAFF IS OUR TOP PRIORITY - COVID-19

Kenya is facing a health crisis with the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). Given the unprecedented circumstances, WWF-Kenya is advising that Earth Hour is marked digitally this year.

There are many ways to encourage participation online or at home so your communities can show support for nature on and around the hour.  If you are planning an Earth Hour event online, here are some great ideas:

  1. Switch off for an hour at home

  2. Join us virtually: Twitter, Facebook & Instagram

  3. Make your voice heard:  Your voice is loud, our voices even louder!- Ni Sisi Sote

Wherever you are, you can help make this year's Earth Hour bigger than ever by speaking up for nature loss and and showing your support online by adding your Voice for the Planet. Please ask your family and friends to do the same.

Earth Hour has always been a people-led movement. The well-being and health of our supporters and staff is our top priority. We stand in solidarity. Be safe.
